Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or playing Word Search Worlds ("the Application", "the Game", or "the Service").

By installing or using Word Search Worlds on your device, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue using the Game.

1. License Grant and Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to install and play Word Search Worlds on supported Android mobile devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
Modify, alter, tamper with, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Exploit virtual hint balances or currency through cheating, automation, memory tampering, or unauthorized scripts.
Distribute, lease, or resell the application to third parties.

2. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Word Search Worlds provides optional digital in-app products to enhance your gameplay:

Consumable Hint Packs: Products such as Starter Hints (10), Pro Hints (30), and Master Hints (80) provide virtual hints consumed when revealing letters.
Non-Consumable "Remove Ads": Permanently removes all interstitial and native banner ads. Voluntary rewarded videos remain available.

Billing & Payment Processing: All in-app purchase transactions are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. We do not store or process your credit card, debit card, or banking details. All purchases are subject to Google Play’s payment terms and policies.

Refund Policy: In accordance with Google Play rules, virtual goods and consumables used in gameplay are generally non-refundable once consumed. If you experience an accidental charge or technical failure where your items were not delivered, you may request a refund directly through your Google Play Order History or reach out to our team at canoncam3080@gmail.com with your Google Play Order ID (GPA number).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Word Search Worlds — including game art, level designs, vocabulary grids, animations, UI layouts, sound effects, trademarks, and code — are and remain the exclusive property of the developer.

4. Advertising and Third-Party Links

The game displays ads provided by Google AdMob. While we adhere to family-safe and high-standard ad placement guidelines, we do not control third-party advertisers or external websites linked through advertisements. Tapping third-party ads is done at your own discretion.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Word Search Worlds is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the game will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every possible hardware configuration.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the game.

7. Termination

You may terminate your agreement with these Terms at any time simply by uninstalling the application. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard consumer protection laws. Any amicable dispute resolution can be initiated by contacting our support team.
